Step by step
How to use the cooling pad liners
Open, take one, reseal
Close the pouch straight away so the rest stay moist.
Lay it along the pad
Front to back, on top of your maternity pad or Instant Ice Maxi Pad. It covers the whole area, not just the middle.
Add foam if you are using it
One pump of Perineal Foam on the liner for targeted cooling comfort.
Change it with every pad
Four to six times a day in the first days. A pack of 24 covers most of the first week.
Fridge for extra cool
Thirty to sixty minutes in the fridge before use makes the first few seconds noticeably colder.
Liners, not padsicles
The ready-made version of a familiar postpartum hack.
After a vaginal birth
Cooling comfort for perineal swelling and stitches from the first day, on top of every pad.
After a caesarean
Lochia and postpartum haemorrhoids happen after any birth. The liners are just as useful, worn as normal in your pad.
Instead of a padsicle
A padsicle is a home-made frozen pad soaked in witch hazel. These do the same job without the prep, and they are not frozen solid.
Goes with it
