How to measure: Measure around your waist where the band will sit. The boyshort sits at the natural waist, below a caesarean incision line; choose the High Waist cut if you need the band above an incision.
A note for new mums: Your postpartum belly is larger than your usual waist in the early weeks, and these are often worn over a maxi pad, so allow a little extra room when comparing against the chart. AU dress sizes are a guide only.

Boyshort or high waist?
Two cuts. The difference is where the waistband sits.
Boyshort
Sits at the natural waist with a wider leg. The everyday cut for vaginal birth recovery.
High waist
A taller band that clears a caesarean incision from day one. Also fine after a vaginal birth if you prefer more coverage.
How many pairs
Two to four changes a day in the first 48 hours, fewer after that. One pack of eight covers two to four days of the heaviest bleeding.
