We make the gear for the parts of parenting they forget to put in the books.
Parenting is full of perfect moments. It's also full of blocked noses at 2am, first bathroom trips after birth that nobody warned you about, and tiny fingernails that grow faster than you can summon the courage to cut them. The Instagram version of parenting covers the first bit. Frida covers everything else.

We are not a lifestyle brand. We are a problem-solving brand.
Frida is a solution-based brand. That means every product we make starts with a real parenting problem, the kind that's messy, unglamorous, and often completely absent from the curated world of baby product marketing and works backwards from there to the most effective, most honest solution we can build.
We don't make aspirational gear.
We make the stuff that actually works when things get real.
The NoseFrida, our flagship product, is a nasal aspirator that involves using your mouth to clear your baby's blocked nose. It sounds alarming. It's also the most effective solution available, used in hospitals and recommended by paediatricians worldwide.
We lead with the truth, even when the truth is a bit confronting.
That philosophy runs through everything we make, from the NoseFrida to the Frida Mom postpartum recovery range. We talk about the things other brands avoid: the fourth trimester, perineal recovery, the first bathroom trip after birth. Because parents deserve products and information that match their actual experience, not a sanitised version of it.
Frida is used by parents in over 50 countries.
It all started with snot.
The bit where we mention some numbers.

It started in Sweden. With a snot sucker.
The NoseFrida was invented by a Swedish paediatric ear, nose, and throat doctor who wanted a better solution for clearing congestion in babies — one that was gentle, effective, and actually worked, rather than the clumsy rubber bulb aspirators that had been the standard for decades.
In 2014, Frida brought the NoseFrida to a wider audience and built a brand around it. The founding principle was straightforward: make products that solve real parenting problems honestly, without pretending those problems are more glamorous than they are. The NoseFrida involved putting a tube against your baby's nose and using your mouth to create suction. That's genuinely weird. It also genuinely works. Frida leaned into the weirdness, and parents responded.
From that single product, Frida has grown into a full range covering baby care from birth through toddlerhood, and Frida Mom covering the fourth trimester and postpartum recovery. The voice and the philosophy have stayed the same throughout: honest, practical, and written for parents who are tired of being talked down to.

What we believe about parenting. And about the gear that goes with it.

HONESTY OVER POLISH
Parenting is messy, exhausting, and frequently disgusting. We don't pretend otherwise. Our products are designed for that reality, and our copy is written by people who understand it firsthand. If something sounds weird, we say so. Then we explain why it works anyway.

SOLUTIONS OVER LIFESTYLE
We don't make aspirational products. We make things that solve specific, real problems, the problems that parents encounter at 2am when nothing is working and everyone is crying. The measure of a Frida product is whether it fixes the problem. That's it.

PARENTS OVER GATEKEEPERS
We talk about the things other brands avoid, postpartum recovery, perineal care, the fourth trimester. Parents deserve accurate information and tools that match their actual experience. The awkward stuff doesn't become less real because nobody mentions it.
