Orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse (Braeside VIC). Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days to metro areas and up to 8 for regional and WA. You will receive a tracking email when it leaves. Full details are on the shipping and returns page.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Because they are personal hygiene items, opened underwear, pads, liners, foam and nasal aspirators cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.

Yes. Health professionals can request a NoseFrida or Frida Mom sample for their clinic and download printable patient handouts from our health professionals page. We also support antenatal classes and hospital gift bags.

Yes. This site is run by Coolkidz Australia, the official Australian distributor of Frida Baby and Frida Mom since the brand launched here. Products bought here are genuine, TGA-compliant where required, and covered by Australian warranties. Frida is also stocked at Baby Bunting and selected independent retailers.
