FridaMom Perineal Gift with Purchase

Customers who spend $150 or more on eligible FridaMom products in a single transaction during the promotional period will receive one complimentary FridaMom Perineal Foam with their purchase. The free FridaMom Perineal Foam will be automatically added to the cart once the qualifying spend threshold has been met. Limit of one free FridaMom Perineal Foam per qualifying transaction. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for another product or applied to previous purchases. Frida Australia reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

1. Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is Coolkidz Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 293 897 047 ) of 1 Beyer Road, Braeside VIC 3195 ("Promoter").

1.2 The promotion is conducted in association with the Frida, Mamave and UPPAbaby brands, each distributed in Australia by the Promoter.

2. Entry period

2.1 The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 9th July 2026 ("Opening Date") and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23 July 2026 ("Closing Date").

2.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open only to residents of Victoria, Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3.2 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and the participating brands (Frida, Mamave, UPPAbaby) are not eligible to enter.

3.3 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of age, identity and Victorian residency (such as a driver licence or utility bill) before awarding the prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 7 days of request will result in the entry being deemed invalid.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, eligible individuals must complete the entry form at nobodytoldme.fridaaustralia.com.au/win during the entry period, providing their first name, email address and Victorian residential postcode.

4.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

4.3 Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be counted once.

4.4 Entrants may optionally follow the Instagram accounts of the participating brands and tag others in promotional posts. These actions are encouraged but are not conditions of entry and do not affect the entrant's chance of winning.

4.5 Entries must be submitted personally. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means, and entries on behalf of another person, are invalid.

4.6 Incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:

• One (1) UPPAbaby Cruz V3 stroller (colour at the Promoter's discretion, subject to availability)

• One (1) Frida Mom Labor and Delivery + Postpartum Recovery Kit

• One (1) Mamave Mumma's Bundle (Mummas Moisturiser, Mummas Scrub, Mummas Oil, Mummas Soak + travel bag)

5.2 The total retail value of the prize is $1,750 (AUD), correct as at 9th July 2026.

5.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5.4 If any element of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

5.5 The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Victorian address at the Promoter's expense, or may be collected from the Promoter's Braeside premises by arrangement.

6. Draw and winner notification

6.1 The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 24 July 2026 at Gills Nursery, Cheltenham VIC, during the Promoter's "Nobody Told Me" event.

6.2 The winner does not need to be present at the draw to win.

6.3 The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and the winner's first name and suburb will be published on the Frida Australia Instagram account (@frida.aus) and at fridaaustralia.com.au within seven (7) days of the draw.

6.4 If the prize is not claimed by 5:00pm AEST on 24 October 2026, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 27 October 2026 at the Promoter's premises, 1 Beyer Road, Braeside VIC 3195, at 11:00am AEST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in clause 6.3.

7. Privacy

7.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion, including contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

7.2 Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications will be added to the Promoter's email marketing list and may unsubscribe at any time. Entry into the promotion alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

7.3 Entrants who register interest in attending the "Nobody Told Me" event will be contacted about the event. Registration of interest does not guarantee event attendance.

7.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at fridaaustralia.com.au). Personal information may be shared with the participating brands' Australian distributor entities and service providers solely for the purposes of the promotion.

8. General conditions

8.1 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

8.3 If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable laws and any directions from a regulatory authority.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook). Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Promoter.

8.6 This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

8.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
