Everything ships from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria. Standard shipping is free over $60, and express is available at checkout if the baby is due soon.

Orders are dispatched on business days and you will receive tracking by email. Frida ships to all Australian states and territories.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, opened NoseFrida, filters, underwear, pads, liners and foam cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded, including return postage.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

Yes for standard shipping. Express may require a street address.

Can I change or cancel an order?

What if an item arrives damaged?

Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
