Boogers are a full-time job. Here's the right tool for every shift.
Wet ones, dry ones, crusties, wax, under-nail gunk, and the mystery stuff in the belly button. Four tips. One tool. All of it sorted.
Four tips. Four problems. One satisfying solution.
-
Nose tip For dried, crusty boogers that the NoseFrida won't budge. The scoop-shaped tip reaches just inside the nostril to remove the solid stuff, the ones you can see but can't suction out. The safety stopper prevents you from going too deep.
Get rid of the baby bats in the cave.
-
Nail tip For under-nail dirt and gunk. Newborns accumulate lint, milk residue, and assorted debris under their tiny nails remarkably quickly. The nail tip cleans it out gently without the risk of scraping tender skin.
Clean under-nail nastiness.
-
Ear tip For visible ear wax at the outer ear canal, not inside the ear. The rounded tip removes wax that's worked its way to the visible outer area. Never insert the ear tip into the ear canal. The safety stopper is there for a reason.
Remove visible wax from ears, no pinky nail needed.
-
Utility tip The wildcard. For the miscellaneous gunk that ends up in baby crevices, belly button fluff, toe jam, milk crust in neck rolls, and whatever else accumulates in the folds of a small human. This tip exists because babies are wonderfully gross.
Belly button fuzz or toe jam.

How to use the 3-in-1 Picker
Select the right tip. Attach the colour-coded tip for the job at hand. Each tip clicks securely onto the handle. The tips are designed for their specific use, don't use the ear tip for noses or vice versa.
Work at the surface. Every tip is designed to work at the outer opening of the relevant area, the nostril entrance, the outer ear canal, the nail edge, the skin surface. The parent-proof stopper on nose and ear tips prevents accidental over-insertion. Work gently and never force the tip inward.
Best timing for each tip. Nose and nail tips work best after a warm bath when skin and crusts are soft. Ear tip can be used any time there is visible wax at the surface. Utility tip: whenever you spot something that needs dealing with. You'll know.
Clean after every use. All tips and the handle are dishwasher safe (top rack). Alternatively rinse thoroughly with warm soapy water. Store tips in the included case between uses.

The NoseFrida handles wet. The Picker handles dry. Together they cover everything.
The NoseFrida and the 3-in-1 Picker are different tools for different nose situations, and most bubs will need both at different points.
USE THE NOSEFRIDA WHEN The blockage is wet, liquid, or semi-liquid mucus, the kind that's affecting breathing and feeding. The NoseFrida's suction clears this quickly and effectively. This is the everyday congestion tool during colds and illness.
USE THE PICKER WHEN The blockage is dried or crusty, the solid stuff that suction won't shift. Dried boogers that have hardened at the entrance of the nostril, or the morning crusties that appear even when bub isn't sick. The Picker's nose tip scoops these out gently and precisely.
Questions? We've got answers.
What's the difference between the 3-in-1 Picker and the NoseFrida?
The NoseFrida uses suction to clear wet, liquid mucus from a blocked baby nose — it's the congestion tool for colds and illness. The 3-in-1 Picker handles the solid, dried material that suction won't remove — crusty boogers, dried mucus at the nostril entrance, and the morning crusts that appear even when bub isn't sick. Most parents find they use both at different times. The NoseFrida handles the big blockages; the Picker handles the daily maintenance gunk.
Is it safe to use the ear tip on a baby?
Yes — when used correctly on the outer ear only. The ear tip is designed to remove visible wax from the outer ear canal opening, not to clean inside the ear canal. Australian medical guidelines advise against inserting any object into a child's ear canal. The Picker's safety stopper prevents deep insertion, but the key rule is to use the ear tip only on wax that is already visible from outside the ear. If you are concerned about your baby's ear wax or hearing, consult your GP or child health nurse.
When is the best time to use it?
Immediately after a warm bath is ideal — heat and steam soften dried mucus and ear wax, making them significantly easier to remove with much less effort and discomfort. For nose crusties specifically, a drop of saline nasal spray before the bath, followed by the Picker after, is the most effective combination. For daily maintenance, any time your bub is calm and still works — morning nappy changes are a popular window.
Is it safe for newborns?
Yes — the 3-in-1 Picker is designed for newborn anatomy. The tips are sized for the scale of a newborn's face and the safety stoppers on every tip prevent over-insertion. The flexible silicone material bends rather than pokes, which matters when cleaning a wriggling newborn. Always have the baby adequately still before using any tip near the face, and consider a second person to help hold a very active newborn steady.
